Start where you are
My core strategy isn’t for everyone yet — it has real requirements, and not everyone meets them today. That’s never been a reason to turn someone away. It just means we start somewhere different.
You want this, but the numbers aren’t quite there yet. Maybe the credit needs work, the income isn’t steady enough, or you’re still untangling things after a divorce.
Your situation already fits. We look at your full picture and design a strategy around restructuring your mortgage and building protected, tax-advantaged income.
How it’s decided
Which pathway you’re on isn’t something you have to work out on your own before we speak.
There are specific things I look at — where your equity sits, what’s left after your expenses each month, how your mortgage is currently structured. I can usually tell early on which side of the line you’re on.
You don’t need to have those numbers ready, and you don’t need to be embarrassed by them. I have looked at a great many of them, including my own at a point when I would rather not have.
If you’re on Pathway Two, we start. If you’re on Pathway One, you leave knowing exactly what would need to change and roughly how long that takes — which is more than most people get.
Most women who land on Pathway One are eighteen months away, not eighteen years. The roadmap exists so that time is spent moving toward something rather than waiting for it.
And when the numbers do change, you already know where to find me.
